Spectacular pine forest between Arenas de San Pedro and Guisando. Accessible via a forest road where you can drive your car. The other end of the land borders the Pelayo River and the Arenal River. Los Cachizos, a unique and beautiful area. Wooden cabins can be built, as long as they don't have foundations. A very pleasant place, ideal for living in nature or creating a refuge. The land measures approximately one hectare in reality, although the cadastre shows a smaller area. We are working to update it. For those interested, the price can be adjusted to cover the expenses and inconvenience of updating the measurement.
It can be visited in person. From Guisando, take the forest road that passes by the soccer field (towards Arenas). It's the property on the left, before reaching the Tierra de Gredos Association (where the Indian stores or teepees are located; in other words, the property next to the Indian stores). From Arenas, take the road to the green pond from the beach bar and the left turn towards Guisando. One of the photos has the sign for the turn.
