Description
Important livestock ranch located in an area known as 'El Descanso', near the intersection of routes N°30 and 23. The field currently has cattle, mainly engaged in breeding and rearing of steers in the field, with approximately 6,000 heads, half of which are cows. It is located on Provincial Route N°30, gravel, in good condition, ensuring access to the ranch and dividing it into North and South, also allowing access to the different paddocks that face the road. Due to the environment of marshes and tall grass, it is suitable for rearing steers. Although the area is floodable, it has sectors of high forested islets, which allow the rest and use of the herd during periods when there is water in the field. It has tourist potential and/or for hunting, due to the presence of the Ávalos River that borders the West and the fauna that inhabits its banks.
