This property is located in the interior of the province of Lugo, just 13 minutes from the capital, surrounded by forests and green meadows. The complex has 2316 m2 of completely enclosed land and multiple traditional buildings.
The main house is a large stone construction that requires comprehensive renovation. The ground floor includes several old stables, a corridor that communicates with the rear part of the property and a large kitchen equipped with a traditional wood-burning stove.

The property has a well with water pump, direct access from road with several entrances and is located in the Terras do Mino Biosphere Reserve.
