It will also have a swimming pool and terraces. Licence granted. 
The second house will have a surface area of about 138 m2 on the ground floor, plus approx. 11,37 of porches, plus an annexe of about 30 m2. This house will only have 3 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, the remaining distribution being the same as the first one. Licence granted.
Locality and places of interest
Situated between the mountains of the Natural Park of the Levante peninsula and the Bay of Alcudia, Colonia de Sant Pere is a quiet village with a small harbour in the municipality of Arta, on the east coast of Majorca. The large sandy beach of Sa Canova is mere minutes away and this part of the coast is famous as a paradise for all kinds of aquatic sports. The Golf Club of Capdepera can be reached within 20 minutes by car and Palma is about 70 km away.
