This beautiful farm is ideal for countryside and big game hunting enthusiasts. It may be small, but due to its particular conditions, it always has wild boars and a herd of deer.

It is located 1 hour away from Seville by car, with most of the journey on the Extremadura highway.

The farm spans 60 hectares of wooded pastureland with beautiful trees such as holm oaks, cork oaks, and wild olive trees. It borders large fenced estates and the tail end of a reservoir, which provides shelter for many animals.

In terms of water supply, besides having access to the reservoir, there is also a well and a spring within the property.

The house is newly built by a renowned architect and covers an area of 150 square meters. Additionally, there are two auxiliary buildings (a shed measuring around 12 square meters and an equipment room), bringing the total legal construction area to approximately 170 square meters.

As for the layout, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet. The house boasts two living rooms with fireplaces. The flooring is made of clay tiles while the ceilings feature wooden coffered ceilings with chestnut beams. The windows are PVC. The property is in very good condition.
