This is an ideal plot of land with a wooded area, flat pastureland, and beautiful, expansive views of the valley.
The farmhouse has a total area of almost 250 m2 distributed over two floors. It is an old farmhouse with a repaired roof, but it is preserved in its original state, making it an ideal space for renovation while maintaining its original character. Currently, it is divided into a living area, an old kitchen area with an original wood-fired oven, and a storage area.
The barn, a single-story structure with a height of approximately 5 meters, has an area of about 800 m2, with several entrances and various interior compartments, as well as some separate stables. It has a gabled metal roof. It is suitable for sheep, horses, or any type of livestock farming. The area where the house and barn are located is flat and has a separate section for an orchard, which includes some old fruit trees: fig, pear, apple, cherry, plum, and orange trees. Another fairly large area, situated above and next to the house, is planted with olive trees, with more than 100 trees in production, and with young holm oaks.
The land comprises more than 150 hectares: partly flat, with pastureland; partly gently sloping; and partly steeply sloping in a rockier mountain area that forms the watershed between the Genal and Guadiaro valleys.
It has water from two wells  which have never run dry  and, in addition, surplus water from a natural spring, which is collected in a reservoir. The property is mostly fenced, covering approximately 90 hectares, except for the upper area, which is a rockier mountainous zone. Within the fence are several paddocks designed for the optimal care of livestock, as this property is equipped to house sheep, having held around 550 head until recently.
Located in a quiet area in the upper reaches between the Genal and Guadiaro valleys, with views of both, it enjoys good access and is only about 4 km from Benadalid, 30 km from Ronda, and about 45 km from the coast. Access is via a track of less than 2 km from the main road, accessible to almost any car. There is also access from the south of the property via a track of about 4 km from another of the main roads in the area.
