These are two registered properties very close to the beach of Mojacar. 
1.- The larger property  205.000 m2  is totally flat, with cultivable land in its entirety, and has a water reservoir of 15.000.000 litres. The property has water conduction and valves to sectorise and irrigate the whole of it. Inside the property there is an electric transformer. There is also a large cortijo of 470 m2 in good condition, to reform and adapt to the needs of the new owner. We have a town planning certificate which contemplates the possibility of building a greenhouse. The property has some fruit trees, palm trees and olive trees.
2.- The smaller property  53.446 m2  is at a distance of approx. 1.000 metres from the previous property. This property has the well that supplies water to the previous property, registered well and authorised flow. The farms are connected by a water pipe authorised by the Confederacion Hidrografica. Within the property there is a farmhouse of 96 m2. The property has many fruit trees and olive trees, as well as a large number of poplars. It has electricity supply and water from its own well. IW
