This property is located in a small village in the municipality of Guitiriz, 16 km from the town centre and 21 km from Vilalba. The estate comprises a total of 8,311 m2 of flat land distributed across several plots with their respective buildings.
It is an old farmstead made up of multiple structures arranged around the main house, including a two-storey stone house, a traditional Galician horreo  granary , generous outbuildings, byres and a small mill beside the stream that runs along the end of one of the plots. All buildings require full restoration.
The main house is arranged over two floors of approximately 100 m2 each, with stone masonry walls and wooden beams. The ground floor contains a large kitchen, two byres and a corner with a traditional lareira  hearth . The upper floor has a large dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and access to an exterior balcony. A retractable ladder connects to the attic.
In front of the house sits a plot with three large stone barns, an open outbuilding and a traditional horreo. One of the structures contains a wood-fired oven. A second plot, larger and completely flat, stretches down to the stream and includes a byre, another outbuilding and a small mill. To the rear of the house, across the road, stands a former cellar.
Guitiriz is part of the Terras do Mino Biosphere Reserve and is known for its thermal and medicinal waters. Vilalba, capital of the Terra Cha, is 21 km away, and Lugo city is 46 km away.
