Finca with water connection in the authentic village of Caseres  Tarragona , with a total surface of 7.000 m2  0.70 hectares . The finca consists of two terraces. One terrace is located next to a hill, this part has a surface of 4.400 m2 and is planted with almond trees. The other terrace has a surface of 2.600 m2 and is close to the river. There is access to water all year round. A fixed amount is charged annually for this, you don't pay extra for the use. This part is unplanted and is ideal for a vegetable garden. Next to this finca there is one other plot and the road ends there. The person next to this finca does not live there, but has his vegetable garden there. The road is next to the river Algars.
