DESCRIPTION 
5,816 hectares farm dedicated to cattle and deer farming (the latter incorporated some years ago). It has 500 hectares of valley with deep black soil, where corn, oats, and alfalfa are planted as complementary pastures for winter use. It has over 60 kilometers of internal roads within the property. The farm is suitable for maintaining around permanent cows and calves (Bradford - Brangus - Hereford breeds), along with their respective bulls and a number x of deer with very good genetics (San Pedro Estancia, Sierra de la Ventana, Buenos Aires Province). The quantity varies depending on the time of year. Electricity is available at the entrance from Provincial Route No1 connecting Singuil town to Provincial Route No48 which leads to the farm.The farm features exceptional pasture conditions, high rainfall rates, water sources (springs, rivers inside the property). Moreover it also presents a great diversity in wildlife such as Rheas, Guaipos and Condors.The perimeter fencing surrounding the property consists of square wire mesh approximately two meters high supported by metal posts.
