FINCA CUESTA DE LA VINA:
This farm is located in the municipality of Montecorto, 15 minutes from Ronda, it has 18 hectares of which 3 are planted with vineyards and has an extension for another 9 hectares for planting plus 1 villa.
It has a 500m2 building where the wine production and storage facilities are located.
In addition, a study has been carried out and a political commitment has been made for the construction of a hotel on the property and also a possible luxury nursing home.
It has its own electricity installation and water wells.
The farm has wonderful views surrounded by nature  on one side to the Acinipo area and on the other side to the Sierra de Grazalema and the Zahara de la Sierra-El Gastor reservoir.
It is currently fully operational and with projects ready for implementation.
