Finca in Fabara with a surface of 20.100 m2  2.10 hectares , planted with olive trees and some almond trees. On the hill next to the plot there is a ruin. This used to be a mas with a total surface of 104 m2, 52 m2 per floor. It is possible to completely renovate the mas to the cadastral surface of 104 m2. There are beautiful views and the finca is easily accessible via wide gravel roads. Because the finca is surrounded by nature and hills, there is a lot of privacy. The village of Fabara is about 6 kilometers and the village of Maella is about 9 kilometers away from the finca.
