This unique ensemble is located in Lebozan, Beariz, 40 km from Ourense. It comprises a complete village with 9 traditional stone houses distributed along cobblestone paths, with 866 m2 built on a total surface of 617 m2.
The constructions preserve original architectural elements such as masonry walls, ancient stone ovens and traditional horreos. The old pharmacy, apothecary and bar with wrought iron balcony and exterior access stairs stands out.
To facilitate future restorations, concrete slab floors have been installed in most of the constructions, providing structural stability. All properties have connected drainage, municipal water and electricity.
The ensemble includes individual small plots for each house and a natural spring. In the lower part of the village runs a small stream that adds charm to the landscape. There is the possibility of acquiring additional land and access to communal woodland to consult.
The location offers excellent connectivity: Cerdedo at 13 km, O Carballino at 20 km, Maside at 25 km and Ourense capital at 40 km.
