DOMUM EUROPA offers you, within the Montseny Natural Park, a declared Biosphere Reserve, in the beautiful municipality of Fogars de Montclus  population 460  at an altitude of 559 meters, a 14,842 m2 property surrounded by nature with excellent views. It features two 16th-century ruins: an old rectangular farmhouse with a ground floor and a ground floor of approximately 250 m2, and an old hayloft of approximately 30 m2. Enjoying sunshine all day, water from a nearby stream, and no electricity, but only 30 meters from the main power line.
This farmhouse is listed as part of the Montseny Built Heritage  ######## . The farmhouse may be expanded by up to 20% of its current volume. The Provincial Council provides annual non-refundable grants for any work or improvements made to the farmhouse. No permits are issued for new construction in Montseny, thus guaranteeing the privacy and beauty of the current landscape.
Last year, 2025, the entire property was cleared, with some trees and undergrowth removed. A reconstruction project has been drawn up for both the farmhouse and the barn.
