Vineyard registrered in the Priorat DOQ with 10.000 vines, mainly of Grenache and Caringnan, and yielding 10.000 Kgs. of Priorat apellation qualified grapes.
Facing NW. It has a very steep aspect ratio (70/80%) and it is crowned by a rocky rirdge with pines that protect it from the hot southerly winds.
The soil is 'Llicorell', a schist characteristic of the Priorat that acumulates water for long periods, making the vineyard very much drought resistant and providing the grapes with the minerality and aromas that make Priorat wines so recognisable.
It includes a smaller annex plot facing South (shaded in yellow in the heights plan) that would allow the construction of a small building (tasting room and/or cellar)
It has a 50.000 ls. water tank regularly filled by the vineyards source. It includes also a 20 feet nautic container that performs as a tool/tractor shed.
Very close to the village of Porrera and with an easy access.
